Thanks for visiting  Tapscott Aeronautics -  a aviation design and idea company dedicated to  Experimental, Homebuilt, and Light Sport Aviation.  We offer a variety of books, designs and products to helpful to the homebuilder and aviation experimenter.  

The creativity and inventiveness of homebuilders and experimental aviation enthusiasts has been the driving force for  progress for the past 100 years.  Most of the innovation in light aviation in the past 50 years has come from these folks.  We believe they will continue to be for the next century as well.   The Light Sport Aviation initiative is opening up aviation for thousands more. The second century promises to be even better.

At Tapscott Aeronautics we're dedicated to the true experimenter and innovator.  The person who doesn't mind getting in there and getting his or her hands dirty.   We like people who like to build things. 

Our founder goes by the call sign "Weeble".  He occasionally has things to say - spleens to vent - opinions to opine.   Check out his latest in Weeble's Wobbles.  As for how his call sign came about - well that's for some serious hanger flying sessions after a minimum number of adult beverages.
